Warranty

Every Eurofountain comes with a one year limited warranty from the pump manufacturer against manufacturing defects.

Eurofountains also warranties the fountain floatation body for one year against manufacturing defects and also against cracking or breakage while the fountain is in normal use.

Any abuse or misuse of the fountain or it's components in any way will void all warranties.

Fountains are not intended for use in saltwater or in any body of water where water temperature exceeds 30 degrees Celsius.

Always keep fountain pump at least 0.5 metre above ground level so that sand and debris are not pulled directly into pump inlet. All fountain components (excluding pumps) are made of heavy duty PVC to assure years of rugged, dependable service.

If it becomes necessary to return a fountain or a fountain component for any reason, PLEASE call or email us before you return it!

Buyer is responsible for all transport/packaging costs associated with the return. Upon receipt we will inspect the returned item and determine if the item is defective under the warranty. If the item is determined to be defective under the warranty then Eurofountains will replace the covered part at no cost for the covered part, but if additional items are required to complete the repair or replacement such as cords, splice kits, plugs, piping, spray heads, etc. then those items will be charged at a discounted rate to the customer.

If the item is not deemed defective under the warranty then Eurofountain will offer a replacement fountain or fountain component at the original purchase price of the item plus shipping and handling.

Light bulbs in our lighted fountains are not covered under the warranty. The control panel and lights are warranted by the manufacturer of these components. No other warranty expressed or implied will take precedence over this written warranty statement.

Any and all warranties start from the date the item is shipped to the customer.
